1. Rights holder

All materials on nikolablajen.ru and in the Nikola Blajen app — except the "Röhrig Cards" deck, see item 2 — were created by Nikolai Chechelnitskiy (pen name Nikola Blajen) and are his exclusive property.

2. The "Röhrig Cards" deck is not our property

The deck available inside the app under the name "Карты Рёрига" ("Röhrig Cards") is a digitally restored edition of a deck by the German artist Carl-W. Röhrig, known as "Tarot of the Third Millennium." The copyright in the original artwork, imagery and composition belongs to the artist and that deck's publishers — not to Nikolai Chechelnitskiy or the Nikola Blajen app. The deck's own page on the site: nikolablajen.ru/blog/en/koloda/rerih.

Nikolai personally carried out the digital restoration — improving image quality and refreshing certain elements for use in the app — but this does not make him the author of the original cards. The deck is not sold; it is available in the app and on the site free of charge, in both Russian and English (the card meanings and spreads are translated; the artwork itself is still Russian-only — there is no English edition of the images yet), for personal, non-commercial use.

Why this deck is here at all, given it isn't ours: Nikolai has used these cards himself for years and genuinely loves the artist's work — he chose to show it to people openly rather than let it sit hidden inside the app forever. He is deliberately not passing the deck off as his own: the artist's name is stated plainly here and on the deck's own page, not concealed. If you are Carl-W. Röhrig himself, the publisher, or the rights holder, and you'd like something changed, credited correctly, or removed — just write to info@nikolablajen.ru; we'll respond quickly and in good faith.

3. What is protected (does not apply to the "Röhrig Cards" deck, see item 2)

the artwork of every card in the three decks — Voice of the Lord, Messages of God, Awakening of the Soul;
the card meaning texts, the "living reading" texts, the blog articles and the "Skills" content;
the deck names, and the "Nikola Blajen" name and brand.

All of the above is protected by copyright and by international intellectual-property treaties.

4. Allowed without separate permission

viewing the cards and reading the texts on the site and in the app for personal, non-commercial use;
sharing a link to any page of the site;
sharing a screenshot of a card with a credit to the source — that's genuinely welcome.

5. Not allowed without the rights holder's written permission

downloading, copying or redistributing the card images in any form;
using the images or texts in other apps, decks, print products, merchandise, advertising, courses or teaching materials;
any commercial use;
creating derivative works — reworking the artwork, retelling the card meanings as your own;
republishing the card meanings, blog articles or readings elsewhere;
bulk automated copying (scraping), including for training AI or machine-learning models.

6. Official sources

The digital version of the cards exists only in the Nikola Blajen app and on nikolablajen.ru. Any copies on third-party sites, app stores or marketplaces not listed here are unauthorised.
