Today the card is "Bliss" — the "Flow of Bliss." And I'll be honest: this is one of the cards I find hardest, because it isn't about struggle, isn't about growth, isn't about some lesson to learn. It just says — relax, you're allowed. And I, like most people, was built the other way around my whole life: joy has to be earned, rest has to be justified, and pleasure is something suspicious, as if you'll pay for it later. I remember an island, warm water up to my chest, the sun going down into the ocean — and instead of just being there, I was counting in my head how much work I hadn't done. That's the trap right there: we don't know how to sit inside a moment without guilt, as if happiness without a reason is laziness instead of a gift.

The hard part is that this state doesn't come on schedule and doesn't need proof — but we were raised to believe proof is always required: earn it first, then rest, endure it first, then enjoy. And when bliss happens anyway, just because — from the wind, from music, from silence — the first reaction for a lot of people isn't "thank you," it's "do I even have the right." I've caught myself doing this more than once: sitting on a beach, everything calm inside, and suddenly ashamed that I feel good while someone else doesn't, while the world's on fire somewhere. But the card doesn't ask whether you've earned it. It just reminds you — you're already alive. That's enough.

Today, do one small thing: stop once during the day and let yourself feel pleasure without explaining it — the taste of food, sun on your arm, a stranger's smile — and don't justify to yourself why you're doing it. And if you can, share it with someone nearby, one kind word, no occasion needed. Joy you hold onto out of fear of looking careless just rots inside. Let go of it, and it multiplies. Bliss isn't a reward for suffering. It's already here, waiting for you to stop forbidding yourself to notice it.
